Kris Fleming - Operations Manager
When something needs doing, Kris gets it done. Overseeing all operations day to day, Kris runs the factory to make sure products are delivered on time and in full. He also sweeps the warehouse, prints labels, finds missing boxes, and goes to the lab… basically, he’s our saviour.
Bev Grove - Business Manager
If you need to know anything, ask Bev. Having joined Besmoke when we were just three blokes in a shed, Bev knows how Besmoke ticks. Managing the office, production planning, cash flow, debtors, creditors, HR, birthday cakes, events, and much more!
